It is comfortably air conditioned on both floors and has stacked washer/dryer, countertop dishwasher, disposal, propane stove and furnace, electric hot water. stereo TV, and full Stereo speaker hook-up. It also has instant kitchen hot water, a full bath with new bathtub/shower and a new deck. Also comes with a carport you can assemble. The campground has two swimming pools, a tavern with weekend entertainment, a game arcade for the kids, a small 3 par golf course, and a great group of campers of 400 sites. Seasonal fee is $4,300 per year. seasonal is April 15th to October 15th.
